If you buy a Crescent-owned home site, you may build one of the turn-key home plans from the Lakeside Legacy Collection.  The Mountain Laurel (shown above) is just one of the six plans available.  The collection also includes plans for The Hemlock, Camellia, Jasmine, Poplar, and Dogwood.
