No Bake Cheese Cake and Canada Flag

Cheesecake Canada Flag
I borrowed the Canada Flag "look" from Kraft's Canadian Flag Cake.  I decided it would be good as a cheesecake with cherries too.  So, I asked my mother for her favorite cheesecake recipe and this is it below. I used sugar free canned cherries as the topping.  I printed a Google image of a maple leaf and cut it out.  I used the leaf as a stencil to put the cherries on the cake.
No Bake Cheesecake
2 and 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup margarine, melted
2 packages 250gm cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps lemon jce
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine crackers & margarine. Press into 13"x9"pan
Blend rest of ingredients (make sure cheese is soft)
 
1 envelope of Dream Whip –whip as directed. Blend into cheese mixture.
Pour over crumbs. Chill 3 hrs.

Cover with favorite fruit filling(cherry, raspberry, peach)
