Fiddlers Cove is a mountain lake subdivision with breath-taking views in Tamassee, South Carolina.  The lake itself is 35 acres and is great for fishing.  There are views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from almost everywhere!  Covenants and Restrictions are in place to protect the property owners however Fiddlers Cove has one of the more lenient set of rules in the area.  For example, minimum square footage need only be 1400 square feet.  Boats with up to 35 hp motors are allowed on the lake.  Non-property owners are allowed to fish in Fiddler Cove with written permission.  Association dues are minimal.  Various structures have been permitted by the Architectural Committee.
