Sharalyn Kluke

Family

I live in a modest home on two acres of land by hidden shoals in West Union, South Carolina with my husband, Jason Smith. Jason owns and manages a successful landscape maintenance company called Grass Roots.  
I am originally from Canada and I enjoy returning to visit my parents, my two sisters, my nephews and niece and other family and friends in the Ottawa Valley of Quebec and Ontario.
I previously taught school and decided to make a career change when I married Jason and moved to South Carolina in 2005.

Hobbies

I enjoy antique shopping, going to auctions, selling items on ebay and Craigslist, painting pottery, line dancing, hosting dinner parties, walking, pontoon boating, photography, watching movies and reruns of older TV shows.

Community Involvement

I am a weekly volunteer in the office of Foothills Community Church. I assist in local fund raisers for places like the Oconee County Animal Shelter.  I volunteer to prepare and serve food at Our Daily Rest, a homeless shelter.  I plan on doing more of this kind of rewarding work in the future.
